Vita Embryo — AI Embryo Assessment
Led AI diagnostic R&D for embryo assessment (Vita Embryo) to MFDS (Korean FDA) clinical-trial approval, and rebuilt the product lifecycle to cut release cycles from ~2 months to 2–3 weeks.
Medical AI only earns its place when it clears the regulators and reaches patients at global scale. I build the teams, products, and go-to-market that get it there.

Medical AI leader with deep expertise bridging R&D with global commercialization across startups and enterprises. I build and scale AI organizations from zero, lead cross-functional teams across Korea and the US, and take products from rapid prototyping to regulated global launch (FDA/CE) — securing $1B+ in contracts and expanding across the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America through partnerships with Google Cloud and AWS.
As CTO and Head of Global Business, I lead the technology and global expansion of Oncosoft — an end-to-end AI software ecosystem bringing precision and efficiency to radiation oncology.

Radiation therapy planning depends on manual organ and tumor contouring on CT/MR — slow, variable between clinicians, and a bottleneck to treating more patients.
OncoStudio auto-contours organs-at-risk and tumors in about a minute through a zero-click workflow integrated with PACS, TPS, and EMR. It anchors a full platform — OncoFlow, OncoStudio, OncoPlan, and OncoRPT — spanning imaging, planning, delivery, and follow-up.
Captured 25% domestic market share and ranked #1 in clinical performance benchmarks by leading Japanese research institutions, with 300,000+ patient cases processed. I lead R&D and global expansion across the US, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

An AI platform that turns a single tablet photo of a wound into a ready-to-print 3D patch model in seconds — then bio-prints it at the point of care to treat diabetic foot ulcers, deployed across the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Personalized regenerative patches require precise scanning, CAD modeling, and bioprinting — work that a surgical team anywhere in the world cannot realistically do at the point of care. To reach patients globally, the hard part had to disappear into software.
We built an AI platform (AiD Regen) that, from a single tablet RGB-D photo, segments the wound, reconstructs its 3D surface, and generates a ready-to-print 3D model in about 30 seconds. Production-grade MLOps on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, GKE) delivers identical quality at any clinical site — no on-site AI specialist required.
Founded and scaled the AI department from zero to 15, achieved both FDA and CE clearance, and drove the full commercial cycle from MVP to $1B+ in long-term contracts across the US, India, Turkey, the Middle East, and Latin America. Launched on AWS in 6 months, then migrated to Google Cloud in 3 — the work became a featured Google Cloud customer story.
